Nurse Allen in the ER is great. He made sure are family had a great experience so is dr. Hatcher
It saved my husband's life when another hospital blamed his symptoms on diabetes because if you happen to be diabetic it's the safe go to diagnosis for the dr luckily I was very experienced with a diabetic husband and child that these symptoms were more luckily Baylor caught the third stroke in time since the first hospital missed the first 2!
My mom got awesome care today from Chase and Joann in the ER and Mark and Sor in Tower 3. Special thanks to Dr. Pollard and his team for a successful surgery and Dr. Husein for aftercare. Both docs (and the Anesthesiologist whose name I didn't catch) took as much time as needed to explain everything and answer our questions. Mom is so much better than she was when she came in this morning!

Two years ago, after developing post op complications in a rehabilitation hospital, my surgeon had me transferred to this amazing facility. I was admitted to ICU and promptly diagnosed by Dr. Richard Wilkerson with a severe deep vein thrombosis that was missed by the previous hospital. His reassuring and calming presence carried me through two vascular surgeries and the care I received in the ICU and PCU was incredible. Unfortunately I have spent way too much time in this hospital over the years, but I can't think of nicer people, more caring people and more genuinely concerned medical staff. I hate any time I'm in a hospital, but the staff here makes the stay very comfortable. Love them all!
And now thanks for making paying you inconvenient! You chose a credit card company that can't accept HSA cards! Brilliance! My hatred for your organization grows! They are crooks. They run unnecessary tests & don't listen or care when you try to decline them. Just got my nice certified letter basically telling us we are screwed & owe a bill we can't afford because a pompous ass doctor had to do a CT scan when we ere only sent there for my husband to get IV fluids because he was dehydrated.
