the ER was a let down. My grandmother visited this ER 3 times in one month dealing with excruciating pain and sent away with no answers and pain meds. She went to Medical City Mckinney and they found the problem on the first visit. To Baylor she was just a number in the system. Mckinney's team actually cared for her as a person instead of just taking her money.
RecommendedGet your handicapped spots fixed! Y'all should have at least 3 times as many spots in front of both professional buildings. I'm so sick of having to park hundreds of feet away from the building as a handicapable person. I truly feel for all of the elderly people walking/hobbling into the building from similar distances! Especially when it's 100 degrees outside. What's the point of having a physical rehab center if hardly anyone of the people needing physical rehab can actually find a parking spot!
Slowest ER in the world. No one cares. If you have an emergency you best go somewhere else. If you have an extra 6 hours to kill take your chances. Same thing every time.
seriously someone couldnt tell the difference between a gun and a UMBRELLA???? smdh whoever reported it needs remedial training and hopefully its not a future nurse or doctor....
The ER nurse was rude, inconsiderate and mocked me for my pain! Pain is a vital sign I told her she snickered. As a nurse, I was disgusted and told her so! I left that ER and ended up having emergency surgery at a Real Hospital! I would recommend anyone to BYPASS this hospital even if you call 911! CUZ THEIR 911 ER is worthless!

Sitting in ER but he has been admitted. So ER docs won’t do anything for him and the admitting doctor is no where to be found. We need help right now and answers. Haven’t even gotten second round of blood work results. 8:30am to 2:30pm and we are still down in the ER. He is a diabetic but controlled with diet but drinking an obscene amount of water and they haven’t even checked his blood sugar. Masked for Xanax because his anxiety is out of control which means high heart rate and BP but the doctor again is no where, not comm... read more
I have been in and out of BSW McKinney 4 times in 5 weeks. My liver levels are extremely elevated. The doctors keep telling me I’m fine and sending me home with antibiotics(they had me on FIVE ANTIBIOTICS) Sunday I was in ER for jaundice and coughing up blood. They also found blood in my urine, asked if I was on my period I said I haven’t had one in 5 years. Dr said blood in urine is normal. As of Monday 8/5 I am now at Presbyterian in Plano with Pneumonia and stage 4 liver failure. I recommend NOT GOING TO BAYLOR!!!!!!!!!
