RecommendedMy mother is 94 years old and broke her hip this week. Everyone we encountered from the ER to the Ortho ward were , kind , smiling and helpful. The food for patients is really good too! Thanks to all , K Dee Cantrell
Just horrible. Crooked as can be with billing. They will tell you they are in network, but will bait/switch by telling you the doctor is out of network. Just reprehensible from start to finish. If you want to dispute Bill's for a year, then this is the place for you.
A friend from out of town had an accident and was taken here, absolutely the best service. When we checked her in we let them know she was pregnant, they right and there hurried and got her in as soon as possible. A nurse named Maria took us back to check on the baby and she was FANTASTIC!! She made us feel soo much better about our worries with the little one. Thank you so much to everyone that helped! Maria your amazing at what you do!!
My experience at Baylor McKinney was excellent today. I had the best of care from the registration, to waiting area to endoscopic exam and stent removal to discharge. All Doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists were excellent.
When it came to Patient Care, they did a great job taking care of my boyfriend for the past two weeks that we have been here. When it comes to professionalism, most of the staff on the third floor could really take a few lessons. I understand the patient is their main concern and at no point in time did I ever try to get in the way of that. Well, my iron deficiency anniema dragged me down again. Hemoglobin counts were way to low, so I was admitted to get recharged on 3 units of blood transfusions and iron infusions. This awesome hospital treated me like a queen, with yummy omlettes, fresh berries and Starbucks. Thank you!
