I delivered my twins here on June 30th 2020 via scheduled c section. I had a risk pregnancy and a lot of worries going into delivery. My twins were IUGR and one had a heart defect. I delivered at 37 weeks. First time mom. Honestly it was a horrible experience. We get there and are placed in triaged. Physicians (not facility) don't accept payments, require full amounts up front. Grossly unethical. Misbilled us, misclaimed with insurance, sent us to collections despite overbilling. ... Most corrupt medical situation I've encountered.

staff is inattentive. my husbands hand is a botched job at best! staff swarmed us and watched us like criminals and treated us both as such for asking that his wound be cleaned because of construction debris. filed a complaint and they found from the employees us to be at fault. My wife had day surgery on Friday. We both must say how wonderful she and I were treated by everyone but especially the nurses and staff at the day surgery unit. From the time we entered, being screened and temperature checked until we left we noted the professional attitudes. The safety checks made us feel very comfortable.
The biggest highlightes' to me are that they get me in and out of there expediently, proffessional patient care, and effective medical treatment. I have been in the emergency room at least once a year because I have a real allergic reaction to poison: ivy, sumac, and oak; so every time I get into these plants I have gone to Baylor, Scott, & White Medical Center - McKinney and have been satisfied over and over again.....
