Got seen very quickly on a lunch break. Was able to get xrays at the appt. Glad it was here since I couldn't schedule an appt with a Dr until April 28th.
Very quick service. But they couldn't administer a shot because they didn't have the antibiotics? Not sure what that was about. But luckily it was not strep.
It was very quick but the lady in front was less than personable... it makes a difference when you are the front desk lady because you are the first person � someone sees. The nurses and doctor was very nice. I wished I would have insisted on a steroid shot instead of pills but hey I was seen in a timely manner and with respect. I would definitely look into whoever you have in the front because they are the first impression of a place. I even tried making conversation with the lady and she was not having it.
Reasonable wait times. Friendly accurate treatment. Showed concern for me personally and for my problem.
We have always been happy with this clinic. So much better than the ER and they've always been relatively quick.
Usually when I come here, I wait for over an hour, then have to wait in the room for a doctor for 45 minutes. Well the rn confirmed me that on the weekends they only have 1 doctor there. If you are an urgent care walk in clinic you're going to be busy! Need more doctors there! However yesterday morning the waiting room was empty and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.
