My baby was seen there last nite. She has ear infections in both ears and she is been in pain we left the clinic last nite around 7:30pm and we made it to the Walgreens pharmacy an hour later and no prescription ready due to the doctor send it without instructions �� I just called Walgreens they have not heard back from doctor. I tried every phone number without luck. I CALLED SCOTT&WHITE IN TEMPLE THEY SUGGESTED FOR ME TO DRIVE BACK TO BELTON!!! ��
The over all experience wasn’t bad. But it made no sense at all that they don’t swab for the flu. The lady told me I would have to go to the ER or a non-BS&W urgent care if I wanted a flu swab. Seems like if you can do X-rays and swab for strep that you could also swab for flu.

Love the Convenient Care Clinic! You get in, get the care you need and then you are out the door, Hardly any wait time!
I was in and out on a Sunday... The service was excellent and the nurses and doctor were great ...
