Took my son in today for severe chronic ear pain, we waited for more then 1 and 45 min n still did not call him in. I use to take my son there since they open and it was a great place. I guess I will drive to Children's in plano its worth the drive.

I came into the emergency room on a Thursday night. The doctors and nurses were great. I was admitted to there in patient facility. The inpatient nurse Jennifer and tech Holly were very good to me and so kind and patient. After being there 3 days they had to transfer me to Baylor all saints down town were I still am. Overall a good experience I would definitely recommend this Er/hospital to anyone I know.

It was a fast serivce and the nurses and doctors was great with my son and was able to answer all my questions.. only bad fall was the lady at the front desk she was very rude and hateful she thought it was ok to just throw the clipboard at me and then walk away.

My entire review was REMOVED! What a joke! Guess you all realize how terrible of a job you did. Life is so precious & you wasted our time. I do not recommend this ER for any services whatsoever.

The staff was very professional and caring. The wait was a little long but that is expected the doctor listened to me and the nurse was amazing when taking my blood.
