If I could I would give them 0 stars! I took my son there in June of last year cause he was choking on a piece of wood he bit off of a toy and they did xrays knowing you can't see wood on an xray and then left me in the room not knowing anything until the guy who does insurance came into the room and I asked him if he knew anything and he informed me they called an ambulance for my son! These people are VERY unprofessional. Went in this morning because im pregnant and woke up bleeding. The doctor walked in looking lost as it was. I explained what the problem was and he looked at me as if i was stupid. After a very small conversation he proceeds to tell me the problem is i came in too early. Too early??? Because im only a few weeks pregnant? I asked him what was that suppose to mean and he tells me "idk you came to me so what do you want me to do?" He had attitude the entire time. I will never go back here! I told them I was severely dehydrated and asked for an IV. The doctor told me to stick out my tongue. "It's wet you're not dehydrated." Though my skin stayed up when I pinched the back of my hand, my lips were severely chapped and the capillary refill was greater than 3 seconds. I had 3 nurses look at me and say you are dehydrated why didn't they run an IV?

Took my daughter in for an allergic reaction and they were not very nice. It took forever to get her any medicine. The doctor said she would check on her every half hour and that didn’t happen. They wouldn’t let us leave after my daughter improved and then they sent us a bill for a combined amount of almost $1700. I was there tonight and this facility is phenomenal. Don't bother reading any other posts except this one. I made an appointment online, was seen immediately, and could not have been treated better. If I have any need, whether it be a cold, cut, or anything requiring treatment or surgery, I won't go anywhere else. There are many urgent care facilities and hospitals in the Metroplex. Do yourself a favor and choose this one.

I wasn't sure about going here after reading reviews but it was midnight and the closest ER. Staff was very friendly with my 2 year old, everyone was. We were in and out in 15 minutes! We waited longer for his RX to be filled.
