It's not a hospital, they told me to drink a six pack of beer to past a kidney stone ! A real hospital in Rockwall did surgery to remove it.
The lady that took us from waiting area was extremely rude. Doctor looked at my kid for 30 seconds & diagnosed him with pink eye & bolted. We left & it got worse over the next day (eye kept swelling). Took to his real doctor on following Monday & she was shocked they said it was pink eye. I guess the guy stayed at a Holliday Inn so that makes him a doctor.
Worst ER ever, 2.5 hours on a Tuesday night and still haven't seen a doctor, the staff is rude and completely inadequate
This is the Best ER they are so nice and I think they genuinely care about there patients . if I have to ever come back this will be it.
Great facility and staff. This would be my first choice for any emergency.
This is the best emergency hospital BY FAR! They got us in quickly, everyone's polite and they're excellent with children. 'Dr. Kyle' was more than helpful with my daughter, carried her to the treasure chest and I'm in a complicated pregnancy and cannot lift more than 5lbs so he even carried my daughter to our car. Highly recommended.
Best ER ever so amazing the state of art center & super sweet staff make this my first choice when I am sick!!
