RecommendedI cannot express how grateful I am to Baylor Emergency Medical Center. Even though the center is small, they are very thorough and are blessed with a staff second to none! They took excellent care of my father when we were in town for a junior bowling tournament and to visit family. Doctor Ziegler, and the staff, were able to pinpoint what was going on with my father AND get his on-going medical issues under control. Thank you again BEMC for putting our minds at ease and allowing us to enjoy the rest of our family vacation.
I took my six year old son in for a broken elbow on Memorial day weekend and they were great with him. There was no wait and they explained everything to him and kept him calm and assured.
Took my son in today for severe chronic ear pain, we waited for more then 1 and 45 min n still did not call him in. I use to take my son there since they open and it was a great place. I guess I will drive to Children's in plano its worth the drive.
My entire review was REMOVED! What a joke! Guess you all realize how terrible of a job you did. Life is so precious & you wasted our time. I do not recommend this ER for any services whatsoever.
If I could I would give them 0 stars! I took my son there in June of last year cause he was choking on a piece of wood he bit off of a toy and they did xrays knowing you can't see wood on an xray and then left me in the room not knowing anything until the guy who does insurance came into the room and I asked him if he knew anything and he informed me they called an ambulance for my son! Fast at getting my son in great medical staff doctor Thorton was very thorough and addressed all my concerns.
Always get great care here. Every now and then you may have a doctor who has no bed side manner,but this is common at any hospital.
