I have never felt so mistreated before. The woman at the front and the nurse were both very sweet, but Dr. Richardson was awful. My doctor told me to go to the er for the several issues I am having. After filling out the form and explaining my problems both the the woman at the front and the nurse, the dr asked me why I’m there. My wife was seen for a significant ulcer in the back of her throat. First trip here, in and out in 45 minutes. Dr saw her for a minute and gave her a lidocaine swish and did nothing else. $1,468.35 with insurance. Had to go back 2 days later because it was getting worse and causing more problems. $1,724.74 after insurance paid $5,362.26 for that visit. What an absolute con.

Cool place if you want to be treated poorly by crappy drs and nurses Who literally sit and make fun of the patients Say they are all faking ignore you and do nothing to help you while you are in extreme pain for 4 hours!!!! Literally the worst medical treatment and staff I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with The nurses were watching the patients come in on camera mocking them The dr was a joke talking about how annoying some patients were. If you have a medical issue I wouldn’t recommend it. I brought my young daughter here a couple of days ago with COVID symptoms. The mostly empty waiting room looked promising that she’d receive treatment somewhat quickly, I understand things are happening in the back that we can’t see. I’m reasonable and I understand waiting when times are busy, that’s not the issue. They never offered us a single thing, not even a small assessment or a water since the fountains are closed. RecommendedI've had to visit this ER more times than I care to. However, if ya gotta go, I HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff is soooooo sweet! I could even see their sincerity in their eyes, which is such a comfort with this mask mandate. I've had so much trauma at the hands of modern medicine in the past. I'm just oe of those people whose had one healte after another, since childhood. But Bailor, NO Baylor, has ever traumatized me. And this location is no exception.
RecommendedDr. Robert Noris and Michael Elrod were so friendly and fast. I haven’t ever received such great-fast/friendly care at an emergency room before. Blessed for their staff. ❤️ I highly recommend them. -Jennifer Williams seen 7/27/20

I visited the emergency department today and from the moment I walked in the door it was a bad experience. The person that is at the front checking people in is the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time she needs to find another job because this is not the right place for her. I saw her not only rude to me but route to another patient that walked in whom she told they couldn’t treat and sent him out the door and told him to look up the CDC to find a place that test for the COVID virus. I had COVID-19 and went in as my primary physician instructed. Dr. Jared Richardson walked in and yelled at me 3 times, "what are you doing here"? I left in humilitated and in tears. I will never go there again and will advise everyone I know to avoid it at all cost.
Avoid this hospital like the plague. These people will rip you off for every penny you have. Not knowing this I entered the hospital emergency, since there was no other entrance available. They gave me one Tylenol, and liquids and a CT scan. They charged me $14,000 dollars. I was in there for 2 ½ hours. Like I said, totally avoid this hospital, they will steal your money.
