Employees at the lab were supernice but seemed in a hurry because its at the end of the day........and it was FRIDAY!
I've been to this location several times now and each time I've been there they've been professional, caring and have helped me immensely. When I showed up today I had very low blood pressure and they did all they could to make sure I was OK. I'm very grateful for their help and for the care and effort they put into what they do. I've been with S&W for years and love the doctors I have from my PCP to my endocrinologist, gastrointestinalist, Orthopedist, podiatrist. The staff is friendly, compassionate and they've been fully informed of all my conditions so that I don't find myself having to go through the litany every time I see someone, even if never seen a doctor I am referred to before. I called to speak to the Doctor today and they said they would give him the message and I have not received a call back from his office
Pain management Doc and FNP are great. Very easy to talk to and I never feel judged due to ongoing pain (have been made to feel like drug seeker elsewhere). Treatment plans always discussed in detail with multiple options on how to proceed. Best part is joking with FNP...he always help relieve some stress before I get needles jammed onto my head.
I was seen in the ER by a doctor who's name I didn't catch because he never said it. He asked me what was going on, so I told him. I'd been to st davids north on Monday for a kidney infection, but by Tuesday night I was fairly certain there was something else going on. So I went to get a second opinion. What a mistake! The doctor was very rude!
