Home Health has faxed in orders THREE times, has called and left messages for follow up, and is getting NO response from the doctor. This has been going on since July 30th. My mother's care is being delayed due to laziness of the doctor and her staff. Disgusting behavior for a health care "professional".

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCES EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME! Here today after MULTIPLE phone calls confirming I could go with my husband to his appointment and even had it NOTED! We drive an HOUR one way just to get here and wait 30 minutes outside in the TEXAS HEAT just for them to say basically their employees at BSWC lied each time we had called because I cannot go up.
