As I entered I asked instructions to get to the patient's room I was going to to visit. Immediately, the volunteer smiled and said he would walk me there! Absolutely made getting to the room a breeze!
Great hospital. Have been here several times over the past year with mother-in-law and friends needing emergency care.
The nurses and doctors are absolutely amazing in Labor and Delivery. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am forever in debt for what you have brought into my family! Thank you.
They were very thorough, no wait whatsoever. They took my fiancé in and was very quick to diagnose the issue she was having. Fully staffed and very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop on everything. Very clean and well kept facility.
Such a terrific group of doctors to assist you and a beautiful building.
Nursing was great in ED, physician care hardly passing (very little communication and in big medical terms, not patient friendly terms nor attempts to explain), and billing horrible. Came back in person to update info and was still wrong when bills came out.
This is pretty huge. The vending machines in the ER waiting room are stocked with cancer causing drinks. Diet Coke, diet everything. There was ONE water!!! The snack machine contained equally, falsely advertised as healthy unhealthy snacks. If people are going to eat that crap why wasn't there any chocolate??? None!! Oh but Oreo wafers with no cream?
