The entire staff at the ER was so kind and understanding with my little one. Great and fast service with the upmost care!
My daughter gave birth there. The nursing staff that took care of her afterwards was terrible. She wanted to nurse very badly, but her milk didn’t come down. They berated her for that as if she could help it. She had twins without a C section. I think she was incredible, and they hurt her feelings badly.
Shout out to The CEO Chris! He saved me today by bringing me cold medicine as I sit with my husband who is a patient. We were on a flight yesterday from Fort Lauderdale to Seattle when my husband had a medical emergency and was brought here, so we have no luggage no family and know nothing about the area. This has been a truly outstanding experience!

We had our baby boy with you guys and it was an amazing experience. We had a perfect delivery, and everyone was so attentive and nice. The staff was very helpful from our nurses to the lactation consultants. I really want to send a thank you card. Can you let me know how to address the card please, so I know they will receive it. <3 Thank you! <3
To my angels tower 3 4th floor nurses station. Thank you for everything. From the time I got to my room 3411. You took me under your wing and give me back my dreams. Sometimes asking for help is hard for me, but no mater what you all gave it anyway. Your long hours just giving out help to people like me wow I have a lot of respect for what you do each day. I had to get several stitches and I'm in severe pain and they won't prescribe me any pain killers. I also had to wait HOURS before I got my stitches. Piss poor service. Bypass this hospital at all costs!!!!
