The staff is great, until you put the doctors in the mix.
My boyfriend received great care here when he was in a car accident over a year ago so I decided to go to this hospital when I started having what looked to be seizures. I have no recollection of the actual attacks but my boyfriend witnessed it and my roommate did as well. I feel like because I didn’t have insurance they decided to completely dismiss me and told me that it was a tic. why do your cardiolgists send out a bill with ever submitting anything to the insurance company?
The ER staff was seriously so sweet and funny! I felt comfortable from the minute I stepped foot in the door!
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation, for the fantastic staff at Baylor in Grapevine. Late last year, I was involved in a near fatal motorcycle crash. My injuries were severe and extensive, including 29 different broken bones, life threatening internal injuries that needed multiple surgeries. Great hospital with caring people. My daughter-in-law was there last night with a massive hemorrhage. She couldn't feed my two week old granddaughter and the nurses and staff were nice to furnish us with formula and diapers.
