Came into the ER last night and was admitted for surgery this morning. Hadn’t eaten since 10am Thursday and finally at 1:30pm Friday I was able to order lunch. Very disappointed that I could not order what I wanted. You are only allowed 3 side veggies with your meal but you can add a dessert. I don’t eat sweets and couldn’t get a 4th veggie instead. How is This promoting healthy eating in a hospital when you can’t have veggies but can have sugary junk?
Everyone is so nice and cheerful and helpful here! Love coming here for tests...even the weird alien contraption MRIs!!
Just spent the past few days with the nurses and doctors of Baylor grapevine labor and delivery and post care. I just wanted to thank everyone who works at the hospital! Y’all took amazing care of me and my new family! From Dr Wai to my many nurses (favorites Lisa & Rachel) and specialist everyone was great! They really take wonderful care of you here!
Today's visit. Normally the staff is excellent. Today I had to bring my wife in. No one 8n waiting room. Took 45 min to get s omeone to see her. Brought her back to a room. Very few people. Dominique..the run has poor bedside manors. 30 minutes went by no one checked on her. Nurse stood outside talking. This visit is not going well
I am still shocked at the horrendous level of care I was offered in the ED. Between the negligence, HIPPA privacy violations, and complete lack of concern for patient care, I am surprised at some of the other reviews I have seen. I would avoid this hospital at all costs, and wouldn’t wish this place on anyone. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go pretty much anywhere else!!!
Very full of patients so sometimes when calling a nurse � to your room, your wait time could be quite long. The doctors & nurses were all very soft spoken & kind, very hospitable & was able to explain everything to me, so that I can understand. I’d definitely recommend this hospital t anyone wh asked
