Great staff and nurse. Service and attitude were great. Nurses were very well trained and were patient. Room was also very well furnished. Only complaint is to that make sure your visitors bring their driver licenses.
I had my second child here and even though she was full term had to be admitted to the NICU. The staff did an amazing job, welcomed me in every time I came in to visit, let me help give her her first bath, and we even had to evacuate the NICU for a Tornado warning. They were amazing and not once did I fear that their care was less than stellar! The hospital was accommodating, my nurses that checked on me were considerate of my sleep and care as well! It was just a perfect experience and I wouldn't change a thing!
I hate being in the hospital but if you do have to be hospitalized this is the place to be, the care, staff & food are incredible 👍🏻 Makes being here easier 💗

Went to Baylor-Frisco ER an 10:30 last night for a bronchial infection/bad cold. Was in substantial breathing distress with a ongoing cold that I could not overcome even after going to my family physician and getting meds. This experience was outstanding. They were friendly, professional and very responsive. I got a treatment immediately that relieved much of my breathing distress and they started me on a comprehensive medication regiment which was explained to me in great detail. Had my first baby in Houston. This is my second. The service, nurse and all staff member was very very polite and patient and always trying to get you to ask questions to make sure your fully up to date with all info and instruction. Me and my wife both really like this hospital. Control your own temp in your own room, breakfast/lunch/dinner for 2 and first hospital I know that served you filet mignons, lobsters, smoked salmons and more.
