The waiting time was pretty frustrating. I was put on an IV when it was unecessary, even my nurse recognized they shouldn't have done that. They also drew more blood than they should have. 3 out of 10 with my overall experience at the ER.
RecommendedMy mom was checked in by ambulance 2 hours ago and the dr came in but she hasnt recieved any medicine for her nausea or any fluids yet and she is sick with cancer and sick and dehydrated. She is in their now and i had to call up their to get the nurse to give her the call button so she can page a nurse.

Find yourself another provider. My dad goes and is made to wait TWO HOURS- WITH an appointment. He’s literally there right now waiting for the doctor to do his follow up check up from having neck surgery back in June. His appt was at 2:45pm and he has yet to be seen by the doctor.🙄🤦🏽♀️

I had MRI’s done under anesthesia here in June, and was not given a copy of my cd with my MRI results. I have a neurosurgeon appt for my spine issues on Thursday..scheduled last Thursday afternoon and since Friday morning, i have been calling the medical records number, the main number, as well as about 8 other phone numbers. I work fulltime and cannot sit on hold for 10 minutes for ANYONE to answer the line. Medical records for the hospital does NOT answer, there’s no answering machine. RecommendedDoctor James Jackson good experience to treat patient ‘s health. He doesn’t make unnecessary procedure to me. I went to his offices for the second opinion.
