I am currently having the worst experience I have ever had at this hospital. My son was admitted almost 2 hours ago with a head injury and he still has not received a CT. I will NEVER come to this hospital again. The staff is uncaring and has no sense of urgency.
My wife was admitted 11-13-13. I can't believe I even read a negative review on the woman's center on here. We ha the most amazing experience here, all of the staff including staff that wasn't even handling our baby or my wife were always professional and super nice. My wife is Brazilian and there was never anything they wouldn't go out if their way to help her understand what they were doing or what they said . Again best hospital experience ever. Food was amazing.
Gave birth 6 weeks ago at Baylor at Frisco.....Wonderful experience all around: Nursing staff was caring and knowledgeable without being intrusive, very clean environment, food was great. We were all very comfortable during our stay.
