I absolutely love this hospital, the staff was nice and friendly, the furniture in the waiting room is was nice and comfortable. I fell asleep in the half circle chair, it was like my own private room sitting in that chair. The huge fireplace was so nice and inviting and a beautiful Grand Piano. Complimentary muffins and coffee, Tea, hot Chocolate. And was given a complimentary meal that was amazing, I had the Chipotle Salmon with Broccoli and baked potato. They must have a Chef cook cause that was no hospital food I have ev... read more
Kind, courteous and professional staff. Everything has gone like clockwork. The staff ensures after-care is coordinated, is always ready to answer any questions and address any concerns. The food is incredible and definitely not the "hospital food" from the old days. I will forever be grateful for the care my husband received here.

The staff at Baylor Scott and White Frisco was excellent, very supportive, positive, organized, highly responsive! I must say we were impressed with every detail, and am very grateful for the excellent and professional care my wife received.

This hospital is the best! All of the staff were so welcoming and nice! There was not one person that I didn't love and appreciate. I was very nervous and they could feel it. They went above expectations to make me feel comfortable and calmer.
