Well with nurses like this in the hospital. Doesn’t surprise me that there is a lack of compassion or ability to manage diversity. An embarrassment.

st. Luke's wasn't terrible, until we started having random bills roll in. We were told we had paid everything in full at the hospital. cue bills. I set up a payment plan and then 7 days later they were going to take us to collections. 0 integrity and when I asked for a statement showing our agreement for the payment plan they stated they couldn't provide that.... I would not recommend this hospital to friends or family or enemies
RecommendedGreat facility and I can’t say enough great things about the staff here from the front door to the room. Top notch!!! Dr coupens has done my right knee replacement in 2016 and now the left great doctor if your looking for great results!!! I highly recommend both the Doc and the facility!!!
RecommendedI had two procedures done at Murdoch this week and was treated like gold by Dr Bagan and the entire staff. Everyone from Traci in Preop to the endo staff of Shelly, Jennifer, Roxie and a couple of others were great but a special thanks goes out to Charlene who was with me from procedure to recovery and even walked me out to the car holding hands. It doesn't get any more caring than that.
