When I asked for a new clinician, I was told I’d have to contact my clinician to do that. Which I personally didn’t like. Once I reached out to say we wouldn’t be a good fit I was told that wasn’t a possibility without further discussion. Truthfully I jumped through hoops to try and better myself and if I wanted to watch YouTube videos for my mental health I could have done that at home. This place seems to do more harm than good and I truly wish everyone else the best.
Had a bad experience 2 out of 3 times I was referred here. I went in with a positive mindset and readiness to improve, and I left discouraged and defeated. What did I expect? If they were any good at therapy, they would be in the private sector instead. Do better NS Health!
I missed an appointment and I didn't receive a call or anything. The clinician I was assigned was cold and clearly didn't care about my health. I was basically ghosted. And now I have to wait 6 months to get care again.
Psychiatrist did more harm than good. Was assigned a 3rd immigrant shrink who said offering therapy wasn’t his job. He must heard that witty line in a movie.
