Psychiatrist did more harm than good. Was assigned a 3rd immigrant shrink who said offering therapy wasn’t his job. He must heard that witty line in a movie.
Jennifer parks ruined it for me.
Jennifer parks is my current therapist I can’t say enough good things about her. She has helped and supported me throughout this journey. I was taken into to this therapy within two weeks of a doctor referral to them. They give you skills to cope you also have to put in the work if you want to get better and jennifer has motivated me to do so.
I have never been there but I was booked to see someone in late July. I canceled my appointment because I find that they do nothing to help your situation if anything they make it worse.I have been suffering from deviated septum since December which makes my anxiety level high and very unpleasant to be around.I see why people commit suicide because our health care system is horrible. If I had of been scheduled right away for the surgery my mental health would not be what it is right now.
