The entire facility exceeding my expectations! Staff were upbeat and smiles from all, including the nurses which really help with the recovery. I came in with extraordinary pain, not even able to comb my own hair, and I’m leaving in almost better shape than I was before I even had the accident. Carol and Petra were marvelous! I visited a friend today at Bayberry and I have to say how impressed I was with her care. From the attentive staff to the cleanliness of the center I'm so pleased that my good friend will heal and be taken care of with the care she deserves.
five stars all around immaculate facility with kind caring attentive staff. amazing menu and activities for the residents to enjoy throughout the busy schedules with a lot of different entertainment as well. highly reccommend!!!
The entire nursing staff led by the DON Kasandra is pretty awesome! There’s open communication and can answer questions anytime. There’s a night and day difference from when my dad first got here to now when he’s being discharged home. Bayberry is a smaller facility so can work closer with the residents than larger facilities. There’s a more family oriented environment which really shows and helps a staff, families and residents. I will definitely recommend all family to come to this location.
