Been here since 3pm had an appointment for that time it is now 4:29 pm and yet to see anyone....... If I had to choose which doctor to see it would be Dr al not finnell she is a joke........ I have literally watched people come in and fill out paperwork after I got here and go back and already leave....... NOT TO HAPPY!!!!!! Fixing to walk out in the hallway and stand there

Went in 6/1/17 for TDAP shot and they double charged me, over drafted my account then told me they had no answers that I would have to wait a few days until funds would be credited back meanwhile, my card was declined, very embarrassing and I needed that money they took to get to Gainesville to see my daughter born! Avoid this place at all cost!!
The doctor rushed in made a quick diagnosis without doing any type of exam. Turns out he was wrong, as I told him I thought he was. And I could have lost my vision had I not got a second opinion because my gut told me to.

First off I would like to say my actual dr here was incredible very great friendly and knowledgeable!! He was great!! However the woman working the front desk was very rude, impatient and not friendly when we had to call later to get more info. And acted like she wanted nothing to do with me. Like I said the dr was wonderful but the front desk area was miserable to deal with
Well....my experience wasn't that wonderful. I was checked in, filled out paperwork, then I waited for about 30 minutes to get my vital signs and triage me. I was put in the last room where I sat for an hour and 15 min. They were not terribly busy either. Nobody came in at all to check on me or anything during this time. In the meantime....I had to listen to the cleaning people beat and bang and yell and laugh and act a fool right outside my door!
