This place charged my husband full price when his insurance clearly states 50%. The lady refused to show me where she said "after deductable is met" for an urgent care center because it didn't say that where I pulled it up. waited an hour for them to tell him to get rest and drink fluids.

My son Collin needed a physical to start Pre-K, his normal doctors office had no openings and I heard that baya urgent care did physicals and checked in with them. First of all let me say we received outstanding service and it was only $25.00 for that physical. With Collin being so young they did so good with him and were so patient! I HIGHLy recommend getting a physical or any care with them. So if your child still needs a physical I would head on over to baya urgent care! They even gave him lollipops! 🤗
Dr Al Otero was awesome, super comforting and seemed to genuinely care about what his patients had to say. 5/5 stars for me :) not to mention I was in and out of in a timely manner, without feeling rushed or unimportant. Love Dr Al!!!
I saw doctor for high blood pressure she said it was high and let me go without prescription never again
