OUTSTANDING service ! Courteous, thoughtful, helpful, concerned, attentive, caring, knowledgeable - these are words to describe the Staff at at Baya Urgent Care. And prompt. I was there for 102 minutes (1 hour 42 minutes), there were 7 people before me. Not bad. Thank you ! I feel 100% better today. Would recommend to anyone.

We paid $110.00 to sit and wait for over an hour. After that someone came in and looked in both my France's ears for a half second and then was like "yep" and said where do you want your meds sent to. No explanation or any bedside manner this company sucks. Hope we never have to go back.

I went to Baya Urgent Care today for the first time. I filled out my paperwork and was called back about 5 minutes later. Dr Al came in a few minutes later and was very personable. I was in and out within about 45 minutes including having my prescriptions from the pharmacy right there. I will definitely use them again in the future for myself or my family if needed. Thank you Baya Urgent Care for the great care today!

Been here since 3pm had an appointment for that time it is now 4:29 pm and yet to see anyone....... If I had to choose which doctor to see it would be Dr al not finnell she is a joke........ I have literally watched people come in and fill out paperwork after I got here and go back and already leave....... NOT TO HAPPY!!!!!! Fixing to walk out in the hallway and stand there
