We had a Estate nightmare that we were dealing with and we didn't think it would end well. Then we met Ian from Bay vision and within 30 days we closed on the house solving our problems. Thank you for everything.
My mom has been working with Kevin for years! When we got into a bind we reached out to him. Kevin was beyond amazing. I had two days to close our I would have lost my house. Without him I would not have been able to be sitting in my dream home! He is quick and communicative Extremely professional and respectful! Great guy. I will definitely use him again! I also would refer him to others in my industry!!! Thank you so much Kevin we could t have gotten this done with out you!
Bay Realty was a pleasure to work with. Eric was phenomenal. Working with him on the contract to buying my vacant land was extremely easy. From signing the contract to closing he was there throughout the process. Also the title company as well ENTITLED LLC was very helpful for the closing process of my property.
Great to deal with, professional and efficient. Helpful and kind. THANK YOU Eric.
