Multiple time renter over the years. Always my go to for showing out of town guests our beautiful bays. Boats are brand new every year, well maintained, and clean. I have never had a motor problem or a button that did not work. Staff is outstanding - helpful and instructive at all levels. Answers to questions about tides, conditions, etc were spot on. I will continue to be a return customer!
Great people to work with. The orientation was detailed and clear. They send a binder with you with maps and photos of the landmarks so you don't get lost. Every boat is tracked with GPS and they follow you in real time. There is an onboard alarm if you are going into a dangerous area followed by a phone call to head you in the right direction. Very friendly people!
Second time renting a boat from Bay Venture -- Excellent experience from start to finish!!
Family-owned; staff greeted us in the parking lot, escorted us to the office where they provided a thorough explanation of the waterways we could travel through. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions if you’re not familiar with the area. Then off to the pontoon! The boat was immaculate with a built-in Bluetooth stereo. Easy to operate and all the necessary safety equipment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, relaxing time on the water without the hassle of cleaning & maintaining back at shore.
