The service at Bay Ridge Toyota is impeccable. Anytime I need any service done on my car I always go to Bay Ridge Toyota. I made an appointment at Dec 18/2019 7.50am on Bay Ridge Toyota, i talk to a lady call Tracy about my car problem, when i making right or left turns there is a knocking sound coming from the front wheels. she ask me to wait. because they need to check what's wrong on my car, it is a 2018 Toyota Camry SE 26000 Miles. it still under warranty period! then after 3.5 hours. She told me that I need to pay $189 (after tax $206.81) to fix it. i don't know why it doesn't cover with warranty. and she forced me to pay! because i need m... read more

the knocking noise came from the right strut which was repalced under warranty we did a free 25 point inspection and found you needed an alignment we informed you of what we found and recommended you get an alignment. we obtained an authorization from you and did the alignment
