On June 08, 2023 I came by appointment to Bay Ridge Toyota. My issue was a warning message on the dash board ( Engine Maintenance Required. Visit Your Dealer ). They charged me $390 for inspection, and after diagnostic their employee suggested to make alignment, change tires, and lots of other things for $ ****, not related to my issue. Not a single word or report paper was issued about my concern. Came in with no issues just a check light (exclamation point inside triangle) as well as inspection. They kept the car for two days giving excuses about how they cant figure out whats wrong, eventually sent me photos and told me that rodents chewed through my wiring. I said that since the car is running perfectly fine I need it back for work, I will come back to fix. I come to pick up the car after work, have to pay 350$, the car is on its last breath. Hi My name is *************************** a 2018 Toyota Camry owner. I live in Brooklyn **, ***.Recently my toyota failed stopping while I was driving it, causing minor accident. I figured out many Toyota models had brake fail recalls from factory, including my car. Toyota also confirmed it when I gave them the *** number.Now Toyota refuses to fix my car, damanding 1000$ to fix it within couple of days. It is disgusting what the Toyota repair shop has put me through.I drove my **** Toyota Camry to the shop on July 12, 2021 for a stalling issue and I have not gotten my car back yet. We made an appointment for service to FIX a problem on a Toyota Sienna, they called saying they need to replace a piece to resolve the issue, the cost of said part was $1,723.69, which we agreed to pay in order to get the car fixed. I could not find a current repair under the name provided but I did find a auto dealer who brought us a car that we did change the actuator on, the customer stated they had changed the original actuator with a used one and couldn't get the warning light to shut off, we set the vehicle up to our diagnostic computer and could not get a reading so we needed to replace the actuator as a first step, we did and still could not get it to reset so further diagnostic time is needed to determine what else is malfunctioning in the *** ... read more

Mohammed was my advisor he was awesome he explained all the information regarding my vehicle and maintenance. Mohammed was extremely attentive . He also kept me updated periodically about my vehicle as I waited. His customer service skills were superb great job Bayridge Toyota!!!!!!!!!!!!!
