Bay Parc "Plaza" is my new home since moving to Miami. Since I moved into the building in July 2017, it's been a rollercoaster of issues and at times, "false promises". The building is 20 years old to begin with. Renovations ARE happening, but living in Florida, we ALL in the building have been without the pool since before I moved into the building.
