$40K system not installed per manufactures' specs/failed – Having to sue him to get him to be responsible for a blatant mistake in installing a high tech boiler that he didn't know how to install. It failed and he slow walked coming to look at it then refused to cover the costs of the installation I had to pay for in order to provide heat and hot water to my tenants in a timely fashion. Use another company...very argumentative and lack integrity.
Bay Hydronic responds – Bay Hydronic was in fact responsive to both these complaints. We are members of the BBB and would be happy to have them arbitrate if we could get a response from those involved. So far no luck. If anyone would like more information, please call us at 800-927-6377.
Do yourself a favor and use someone else – Hired these guys to install radiant in a 3000 sq foot remodel. While they appeared to know what they were doing, I have since had nothing but problems. They have refused to honor their warranty, and I have since had other radiant installers out to look at my new $30K junk system and tell me all that is wrong with it. Do your research, call some customers. Don't use these guys.
