My husband had cataract surgery on both eyes, a month apart, both in Saginaw. We have been to the Bay City office and the West Branch office as well. We have been treated with the greatest of respect and care in all 3 places by all of the staff! Dr. Zenzen is excellent as well! We have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes in the office at our appointments! All of our questions were answered and the staff makes sure you do understand everything. We highly recommend Bay Eye Care for any eye care!
I had an extremely wonderful experience with Bay City Eye Center! Dr. Burke and his staff at the center were very efficient and kind. It was the best experience I've ever had at a medical facility! I would recommend them to anyone who needs eye care.
I have been going to to the center for years... Dr. Burk helped me with both eyes when cataracts were evident... I can see very well ... and I am so happy I was able to get excellent care... I live in Texas and I still prefer to go see Dr. Burk when I am on vacation in Bay City, Michigan.. I love all the staff too.. from reception to check out and or if I need to purchase a new pair of glasses... The best ever.. Gloria M
Dr. Burk is the best ever. I wish I could say the same thing about some of the staff. If there were separate ratings I would give Dr. Burk 5 stars! I am a proactive person, and called them after my second cataract removal to request a prescription for a bottle of one of the eye drops, because I knew I was going to run out. They refused to give me one, saying I should have plenty to last me. Dr. Brewer is great and Brenda helped me with the insurance part and prices. Told her I was interested in a pair of sunglasses and she found that I would get 40% off a second pair. Then she handed me a rebate slip after that! I was and am very happy/satisfied with Bay Eye Care Center.

I had cataract surgery a week ago today. Dr Zelenak was Wonderful! I have never seen as good as I do now! The entire staff are helpful, very knowledgeable! Can't wait for my next eye surgery in 3 weeks! Amazing job Dr Zelenak!
