I love the doctors but the optical department needs a lot of work they have some rude lady’s working in there and they never get the order right for my daughters glasses and they always have an excuse honestly I’m sick of it

When people say nothing has changed stop making them fill out all the paper work over and over again.
I had been to an optometrist at a different office. After 3 changed prescriptions my eyesite was still blurry and I could not see very well. Finally, I came to Bay Eye Care and saw Dr. Brewer. When I came to pick up my glasses I was amazed to be able to see perfectly. I am so happy with this prescription. I can even read the fine print. I will never go anywhere else. I had plugs put in my tear ducts they made my eyes scratchy. Had them removed after 3 weeks. Dr. Brewer put some other stuff in them, I told him it hurt, he said sometimes it’s in your head! That’s statement was on called for! The price was twice has much has I thought it was. They still charged the full price even though he took them out. They charge you another 75$ for the follow up visit. I did complain to them and they didn’t charge me for the 75$. My eyes are a lot better now that he took them out! Dr.Zelenak is one of the thee most professional,compassionate ,caring doctors my wife and I have seen. Would highly recommend. Oh, the staff very nice too. !!
