Our furry friends have been part of the BCVH family for about 10 years now. Our pups, big and little, have always been treated with the greatest and most skilled care imaginable. I think the entire staff love them as much as we do. It is comforting to have such confidence in the doctors caring for our pups, to know they always have their best interest at heart. We drive an hour to get to BCVH and we would never dream of going anywhere else!
These folks are wonderful--very professional, and their love for the animals is obvious in every visit. My dog Bo returns that love. All the vets and the technicians at the practice are easy and pleasant to work with. They explain my dogs' problems clearly, and supplement their explanations with references to trustworthy online resources. They've helped me become an educated pet parent. Bay Country is so wonderful to me and my family. Great pet care. Took time to explain everything. Our 18 year old cat was having some problem. Thanks to the care she got everything is doing a lot better. We were able to get a same day apt. (from the time I called we were at BCVH with in half hour. Again Thanks to Everyone.
We recently had to put our dog down. BCVH was so compassionate, sensitive and supportive through the whole process! We are so grateful and will never forget that.
Bay Country is so wonderful to me and my pets. I've been going there for 20 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else for pet care! Love you guys so much!
