The Staff at Bay Country are amazing! They are always happy to see your pet and love on them the way you do. Just today a surprise came in the mail that touched my heart...a donation from Bay Country was made to Tahoe National Forest for a tree to be planted in memory of sweet Coco. I'm grateful for the wonderful veterinary care and compassion of Bay Country.
First visit to Bay Country last night. Very impressed with the staff. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Sawyer also loved it! He got a free Kong toy!
I am the proud owner of 4 rescue kitties - 2 Siamese & 2 Himalayans. Over the years, I have had all these kitties in for their annual checkups, vaccinations and the occasional issue. All the vets, vet techs, and reception employees are top notch and share my love for animals. I always feel my critters are in the best hands with them. I recommend Bay Country to everyone I know. Thank you for always being there, and for caring for Koko, Kahlia, Kasimir & Kosmo!
