We have been clients for over a decade, with many pets and have always had phenomenal care from the doctors and staff. They aren't pushy and very compassionate. Whenever we've had to say goodbye to a furry family member they have helped us say goodbye the way a friend would, not a business. They always follow up when we have had to bring sick or injured pets in and take their time to be thorough.
Always so kind and easy to get an appointment! Their approach to veterinary care is just the right mix of intervention and prudence. They always follow up with a phone call and genuinely want you to call with any questions or concerns. I really feel lucky to have found this practice!
Just took my cammelion in and the staff were great with her will be going back
We have taken our pound rescue Beagle, Charlie, to Bay Country Annapolis since we got him 4 yrs ago. They are always happy to see Charlie and treat him like family. The staff is always pleasant, upbeat and helpful and we are always able to get Charlie in when needed. We also board Charlie there when we take vacations. Whenever I may have any questions or concerns, I can always call and they are happy to help. Wouldn't take Charlie anyplace else. Thanks Bay Country!
I have 2 kitties. All of the vets and support staff have always been kind, caring, and helpful. They take great care of my little ones, and offer solid, practical, cost-effective options for care. I feel very comfortable recommending Bay Country to family and friends.
The doctors and staff at Bay Country great! My dog had a dental cleaning this week and the staff took the time to answer all my questions. The doctor called me immediately after the procedure with an update and even did a follow-up call the next day to see how my dog was doing. I really appreciated that.
