Had a wonderful experience. I'm from out of town and they worked so quick to get my f feline in for an appointment!!! They have a very Pleasant staff and unlike other clinics did not beat around the bush when it came to getting the right medications the first time. Totally worth it!
My fur and feathered babies have been cared for by Bay Country for almost 20 years. The staff is amazing! Dr. Smith always takes the time to answer questions and really cares that my babies get the best treatment possible. My Sadie is a very difficult patient!! The staff at Bay Country never complain and always make special arrangements when caring for her. I always know my babies are in excellent hands.
Love all of the staff and doctors. Christina is the best! Professional, organized, and the online portals are so convenient. Always made us feel like family!
Wonderful service, wonderful reception, wonderful nurses, wonderful doctors. They are ALL great w/my little doggie & always make such a fuss of her, she is tiny & is very nervous - but they always take the time to put her @ ease. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Thank you. 😀👩🏼🐶🐾🐾🐾🐾
Won't take our dogs anywhere else! They're always accommodating and Dr. Bauer is the best!
Oh my goodness - - Went for our first appointment yesterday and the staff at Bay Country is top notch!! The pets and I were treated like royalty. They are so nice, sincere, and welcoming and did an excellent job at treating my pet. The office is super clean and organized. I was really, really impressed. Great job Bay Country!!
