Horrible customer service. The receptionist never sent me my online intake and when I arrived she told me I could not be seen by the doctor because it wasn’t completed. She never sent me an email regarding the intake or made me aware of it. The receptionist asked for my email when I was there and sent the intake at that moment and still denied me service. Ridiculous and complete waste of time!
This is a very safe, professional, highly skilled surgery center. One of the best out there, and can surely provide its patients with the best care! Good Job Bay City Surgery Center, glad to be part of your family!
