Good work
Good work
The company was very pleasant to deal with. Their secretary was friendly but professional. They sent a man over to pick out the flooring he was friendly and professional. The job was done on the agreed upon time. I would use them again for any carpet or floor work I have in the future.

they came a little late, but once they arrived they made up for lost time. the job was completed to my satisfaction although they did leave some garbage behind

My experience with Bay Carpet was excellent from the Al the sales person to the crew who did the installation. They were professional and the crew did a great job installing the carpet and cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend them.
