My experience with Bay Carpet was excellent from the Al the sales person to the crew who did the installation. They were professional and the crew did a great job installing the carpet and cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend them.

When it was time for payment. Paperwork says CASH CHECK CREDIT. Was wanting to pay with CHECK and they were refusing to accept it. The salesman was willing to pull the floor back out if we didn't pay with cash.

To Whom It May Concern: This customer got an amazing job from on of the best installers in the industry, not to mention he got a new plywood subfloor and brand new vinyl floor for his living room and bedroom for only $1,240.00. We also did the job the next day after he saw the samples. The customer lied about accepting a check - we did accept his check and he neglected to mention that, to top it off, he signed the contract right under the clause that states the company does not accept personal checks on delivery.
