Great experience from start to finish. The salesman Phil came to our apartment t with samples. He was very professional and friendly. We had three other estimates and Phil matched the lowest. The install was quick, the installers were friendly, cleaned up very well and knew what they were doing! We are very happy with our new floor!

He gave me advice on flooring materials, answered all my questions and responded to my text super quickly! The staff provided all the necessary documents my building requested for the installation. I was able to get an installation appointment scheduled within a week. The installer were great, super professional, worked quickly, and did a seamless job. I definitely recommend Bay Carpet. Truly excellent service indeed!
