I purchased a very expensive carpet and it wore out in less than a year. First a representative from Bay Carpet came to inspect the carpet. He was so nasty, like he was doing me a favor. It was nearly impossible to speak to anyone after his visit. I was then told it was referred to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent an inspector who claimed it was normal wear. When I called Bay Carpet about this, they did not want to speak to me. I spent over $3000 for this bedroom carpeting. I was certainly ripped off.
