We visited the Boynton Beach location around noon time today as this is our second time eating there. The first time was great, the food was excellent and the service was okay however we were able to meet the owner who possessed great customer service and greeted each patron. The staff however was pleasant but slow. Today was absolutely terrible. Again the food was fantastic, but the service was horrible. So I've went to this restaurant twice the one located on Okeechobee with the best service ever. I went on 2 occasions and two different set of workers all were great. Okay so I decide to patronize the establishment however the location on palm Beach what a HUGE MISTAKE. Service at this location was horrible except the young lady who should have been a manager was great she spoke to every patron who entered the store. My thing was the menu's were dirty and kinda greasy...but I tasted a sample chicken and it made me order...red velvet waffle was good but my daughter and granddaughter loved it more... Service was excellent... Place was small and could've been cleaner... But I'll try it again if I'm ever back in palm beach...
They opened one in Boynton Beach and my first time was Sunday 9/18/16. Food was excellent! Customer service great. I went live on FB and got you all a few more Boynton Beach Customers. See you all again real soon!
