I always make it my business to stop by Bays Bays when I'm in west palm beach I won't anywhere else neva had a problem until this Saturday I walked in to employees who didn't greet me because they to busy on the phone yelling about staying later then they had no ribs then I ordered the 4 big wings n 2 sides Mac n cheese(was good) n collard greens ( was horrible w/ no taste)not to mention my chicken was literally burnt Not the normal dark color but burnt I paid $18 for the horrible experience very disappointed

The best chicken and waffles anywhere! I had the donut waffle and chicken. It was amazing. My son had the wings and loved them. We have tried almost all of the waffles and have not had one we did not like. You can't describe the chicken, it has a wonderfully unique coating and is juicy & tender! A must place to eat!
So I ordered my food everything went well and an hour later the waitress comes back and says hey what was that order again, I said really you know what cancel the order , not satisfied ,and late to work ,.thank you waste of my time

It's a mom-and-pop shack (meaning small and simple) but the food speaks for itself. The staff - only 2 of them - are accomodating and helpful.
A-ma-zing!!!! The red velvet cheesecake and grits and chicken and catfish are to die for!!!
There are no words worthy of this food. Red velvet + waffles + fried chicken= speechless.
