Love this place, did a great job on my chihuahua Blanca She got bit pretty bad on the head. She's 12 yrs old. They did surgery on her, she's all stitched up. I'm thankful to VCA that they are open 24/7. Great service, great Vets etc. Thank you VCA
The staff is amazing, Dr Carlson is professional, compassionate, informative and did a brilliant job on my dogs knee surgery. They are the foremost leaders in K-9 stem cell treatment and they harvested 41 doses for the future arthritis expected in my pup. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants the absolute best care for their fur babies!!
Been there 4 or 5 times over the years. I like them alot. Very caring and friendly staff.
Very nice people. Very gentle and didn't pressure me. Gave me a few options, which I liked. Gave me time to think and make a decision on what route I wanted to take.
The whole staff was very nice & took very good care of our puppy dog! He had to stay overnight to have his stitches done and we were able to come home during the night to get some rest. Doctors explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Best thing is the location is only 10 mins from our house plus this ER Vet Clinic was very clean & sanitized plus nice furniture in the waiting area with cool AC air! Plus they discovered an over charge and gave us a credit back off the total for $179! :)
At the very worst of times VCA was the very best we could ask for. We will miss our Kodiak.
I just had a phone conversation with a receptionist and he acted appalled (his tone was really rude) that I wanted to get a partial spay for my female dog and didn't want to pay $147.99 for a CONSULTATION after she just saw our vet yesterday, got all her shots up-to-date, and a physical where she was deemed a healthy one-year-old. I was told the consultation is just to discuss her health and risks for the surgery, sorry $147.99 for another vet to say she is healthy or not is ridiculous on top of surgery costs.
They all clearly love animals and make nervous owners feel safe that their babies are taken well care of. I'm confident every time I have to take mine in that they will get the best care possible.
