I have had to deal with them several times over the years and they have always been GREAT! My most recent visit was on Jan 26th when our 8 yr old Teacup Chihuahua's heart problems got worse and unfortunately she passed. They tried what they could but it was no hope. My wife and I were completely surprised when we received a vase of flowers from the Dr that handled our case and she expressed her sympathies in the note. THANK YOU
It's hard not to love a group of people who are this nice and friendly. And loves your dog as much as you do. Thank you for taking care of Samson!
The staff were really attentive and explained everything really well. The vet was great and fully explained her findings, gave multiple options and options. After we made our choices the assistant sat us down and fully explained the ways of administer the drugs. Not that we want to visit an emergency vets, but I'm glad we did. Thank you
Our 10-year-old German Shepherd, Miles, was deathly ill with systemic sepsis, heart and breathing problems. Everyone at VCA was so nice, caring and accommodating. They gave it to us straight - no sugar coating Miles' condition, but they went above and beyond in their efforts to save him. After nearly 2 weeks in intensive care, with nearly every day touch-and-go, Miles is home with us and on is way to recovery. We can't thank them enough.
Our cat came to the facility and the attendants immediately determined she was critical. They treated us with such compassion when letting us know that she probably wouldn't make it through the day and having to make the tough decision to put her down. The entire staff was very caring about the situation and I greatly appreciated that because it was the hardest thing for me to do but it was the best thing for our Ohlone. By the way, thank you to the staff for the sympathy card.
I brought my dog in yesterday for suspected Nexgard toxicosis. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They treated my dog and gave us take home meds as well as a list of supportive care to do at home. It's now 24 hours later and my dog is doing SO much better. I couldn't be more grateful.
My dog Lola got into a bowl of cherries on the table and I panicked. I swear the staff was amazing. The receptionists were quick, efficient and responsive to all my concerns. The Vet Tech was so kind and understanding and the Vet Dr. Esposito took his time in talking through what the recommendations were for treatment and why. All in all, a very positive experience. You truly can tell that they care!!! One of the receptionist showed me pics of her rescue. Excellent customer service!!!
