The doctors and staff are wonderful and so good with our pets. My pup is coming home today!
Our dog was bitten by another dog. It was bad. They discharged it the next day. He died that day. I think they knew he won't make it and didn't say anything. They only care about money. Very very sad.
We had to take our cat here last night because he had heat stroke. They were super busy but got Ben to back right away. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to talk to the vet but we understood. There were a lot of people ahead of us. I didn’t mind because I knew they were taking care of my cat and they gave us updates on him. The receptionists and techs were all really nice. I am extremely thankful for helping me with my dog, he was in his final stage of life and they were very compassionate with him and us.... is so hars to have lost our 15 year old dog and the staff and doctors were amazing explaining the conditions of the diagnosis to make the right decision with him. Thank you for the wonderful service and understanding towards our pain .
Two hour wait for a $110 ten minute consult only to tell me "I don't know. Have to run $2000 worth of tests, X-rays to tell you more." Complete waste of time.
