Physician Dr. Rockett receives five stars for his exceptional care and manner, however the office manager is lacking in customer service. Based on my most recent visit I WILL NOT recommend this facility to friends, family, or strangers. Had the OFFICE staff approached the issue in a different order this may have left a different impression.
If you are due to close at 5 PM, then close at 5 PM, and stop transferring your calls to your answering service way before (by 30 minutes or more) 5 PM!!! This has happened 2 weeks in a row!!!
