Dr. Matthew Rockett is awesome and I just love his jokes!! Especially his "reboot", of your wearing a boot... us know, like a computer
The office staff are always cheerful and polite. The doctors were always on time and in most cases you were seen before your actual appointment. Dr. Matthew Rockett was very professional and took his time in answering all our questions and concerns. And best of all, he fixed my husband's problem. I highly recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr. Matthew Rockett for 3 years. He performed a bunionette surgery in 2014. I followed his directions and couldn't be more pleased with his care. No problems. The other foot is starting to give issues and he gave me a shot in the foot. He told me it would hurt and it did but not for long. It fixed my problem. Dr. Rockett's my podiatrist of choice. Love the staff. Friendly, quick appointments and thorough questioning to prep for the doctor. -- feeling fortunate
I have had THE best experience from the Bay Area Podiatry. I don’t ever post this stuff, but they deserve to be recognized! Dr. Koepsel went over different solutions to my plantar fasciitis. I went with his recommendation and did exactly what he told me to do and immediately got relief from the pain. I also had a cyst on my toe that he had to surgically remove. I called to make an appointment. But was unable to schedule at this time due to my conflicting schedule. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and understanding. She really tried to work with me to get me scheduled. I will definitely be calling back.
Very helpful and responsive to your needs. Not a doctors office where if you call and say I need to get in and they say we have an appointment in a month. All the staff is respectful and kind. When I asked for one to hold my hand she did without saying why or no.
