It feels wonderful now that I am a non-smoker for life. – I battled with smoking for 30+ years and finally feel like I am done. No mind games or preoccupations with maybe having a couple under stress, loneliness, vacation or whatever...I have time to think about future dreams vs. when I would have the next cig!!

Robert gave me the tools to stop biting my nails. It works! – Not only did Robert significantly reduce my my habit, I also developed tools to help reduce anxiety and the underlying triggers that caused me to them in the first place. Robert helped me to discover more about myself that simply eliminated the bad habit. He gave me tools and advice to be a more confident and capable person.

Thank You Robert for helping me quit smoking. – I tried several times to quit cold turkey and on my own but always started again. I learned about Robert's program, at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center, from a friend and checked out the web-site. After my consultation, I was sold. I quit smoking for good after my first session with Robert.

This program has allowed me to reach my goal weight!! – The Naturally Slender Weight Loss Program at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center has allowed me to enjoy my body and my health. I no longer need to count calories or feel out of control in regards to food. I now eat to be healthy and look forward to being slender and fit for the rest of my life.

After many years, I was actually able to quit smoking... – After many years of smoking I was able to quit smoking after just one session with Robert. I felt that my quality of life increased. I also feel socially more accepted. And I Like the fact that I don't smell anymore.

I have gotten rid of panic attacks – I am glad I used the Bay Area Hypnosis Center- Self Hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. I have learned a few different techniques to control my anxiety which in turn has helped and even gotten rid of my panic attacks. The tapes have really helped me with relaxation and helping me deal with everyday stress. Thank you Robert for being so patient and sharing your expertise in this area.

I would reccomend it to anyone! – It works! I haven't had the urge to smoke since our first smoking cessation session. As a long time skeptic I can testify to the efficacy of the Stop Smoking system at Bay Area Hypnosis Center. I would recommend it to anyone.

In just 6 weeks I've lost weight!! – Six weeks in I've lost weight. I've dropped a dress size and I don't feel deprived at all. I've left old bad eating habits behind and embraced healthy behaviors without difficulty. I know it's only going to continue and I will reach my goals!
