I lost pounds without worrying about diet!! – I started to exercise and watch what food I was eating. It was easy to make changes in my life. I didn't even think about big decisions, just day by day changes. Now I feel much better. I am more focused on my goal. This program showed me that I be fit and I can lose unwanted weight.

I had tried all sorts of diets without success over the past 5 years. In 2005 I was at my goal weight but a series of difficult experiences left me depressed and feeling out of control. It seemed I had no good habits. Chocolate was my friend; desserts too. But that only led to being heavier than I've been in a long time. Erin H- I wish I had done this (quit smoking) sooner! – It was so easy after the first session. I am proud of myself and very thankful to Robert for helping me with this horrible habit. I have more energy and every day. I feel better- healthier. This process has really helped me by reminding me to BREATH!!

It's amazing to comletely turn around the way I think... – The Naturally Slender Weight Loss Program at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center had taught me that I don't need to think of food first or what I CANT have. It's amazing to completely turn around my thinking when it comes to eating. I don't think I ever enjoyed exercising as much either. This is the best feeling- I feel so much more positive, healthy...and lighter.

I never thought I'd be a non smoker – I've tried everything and nothing worked. My FIRST visit at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center, I walked out of the office happy, knowing I would never smoke again.

Kathy M- I can say I am smoke free for the rest of my life!! – The smoking program at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center was one of the easiest things I have ever tried. I walked out of the office on my first session and never thought about smoking again. After 30+ years of smoking and lots of quits (some for years) I can say I am smoke free and will be for the rest of my life!!

I finally quit! – Quitting was never easy until I went through this program. I am very happy that I made the decision to do so and I'm totally satisfied.

I smoked for over 30 years and after 1 session with Robert.. – It was ruining my health. I was coughing, tired and not able to be social. I always felt like I was an outsider. I smoked for over 30 years and NEVER thought I'd be a non smoker. One session with Robert Harrison and I became a non-smoker. Thanks a lot.

Im telling all my friends about this program! – I feel so much better. I seem to have so much more energy, I feel like I can overcome anything that comes my way. Coming to the Bay Area Hypnosis Center was the thing I have ever done for myself (and) mentally and health wise. I tell my smoker friends about this program and how happy I am about being smoke free for 15 days and counting (not really counting). I am proud of myself. Thank you Robert.
