I look forward to living the rest of my life as a non-smoker – I had attempted to quit smoking numerous times over the course of my 20 plus years as a smoker. I wish I had known about the Bay Area Hypnosis Center sooner than later, as I was able to accomplish in a 1-2 hour session something I wasn't able to before.

I have lost 20 lbs in 7 weeks and quit smoking with hypnosis – My eating was so out of control and with the "Naturally Slender Weight Loss Program" I don't even have to consciously think about eating healthy food, I just naturally choose them. I am exercising now and look forward to it everyday. This is the best thing I have ever done since I used hypnosis to quit smoking several years ago. I am so happy I did this!

Even acupuncture didn't work, but with hypnosis, I quit! – I have tried to quit many times. I've had every nicotine replacement product and I've tried acupuncture as well. Hypnosis is the only way that I have not felt the urge to smoke. I have not been cranky at all!!! Yay Robert!!!

Quit Smoking- It gave me my life back – I've tried quitting so many times before, but with no success. I have zero cravings and don't even remember what smoking felt like anymore. I'm going to tell all my smokin friends about the Bay Area Hypnosis Center because this program was completely worth it!

Public Speaking- I have gained my confidence back! – My experience with self-hypnosis at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center helped me to place "book-ends" on past experiences that prohibited me from feeling confident in front of speaking in groups of people. I have gained back my self-confidence once again to present myself and any subject matter I speak about with authority, assurance and value.

In 6 weeks I lost 13 lbs!! – The "Naturally Slender Weight Loss Program" really helped me change my eating habits and exercising habits. Stress Management – After a few sessions with Robert, I began to realize how stressed and actually frank I was and how being wound up and fast paced is NOT effective. Through the hypnosis sessions and suggestions given (and some re-training) I have been able to and continue to be relaxed in some fairly stressful situations. I can see how much more effective being present, secure and calm really is.

Now I don't stink and have more money in my pocket!! – I had wanted to quit for a long time and had failed with other non-smoking aids like the patch, the gum and cold turkey. Now I feel better, don't stink and have more money in my pocket!!
